Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brandy
4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Method
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, brandy, softened butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
Transfer the churned ice cream to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
Serve the brandy butter ice cream in bowls or cones and enjoy!
