red pepper and lentil soup

Ingredients

4 teaspoon, Stock Powder
400 gram, Chopped Tomatoes (Tinned)
0.25 tsp., Ground Black Pepper
100 grams, Onion
800 ml, Water
1 tbsp, Garlic
1 tbsp(s), Spices, oregano, dried
1 tsp, Sweet Smoked Paprika
200 g, Peppers, sweet, red, raw
0.50 tsp(s), Spices, turmeric, ground
1 tbsp, Olive Oil
40 g, Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon, Basil, fresh
140 g, Red Lentils

Method

Fry onion and garlic in olive oil.

Add in spices and peppers.

Add in lentils, tomatoes, stock and water.

Cook until lentils are soft.

Serve sprinkled with chopped basil and parmesan cheese.
