Ingredients
6-8 parsnips, quartered lenghtways
2tbs olive oil
2tbs mustard seeds, brown or white
2 tbs clear honey
Method
Cut any woody parts from the centre of the parsnips and discard. toss the parsnips with the olive oil, mustard seeds and honey, and season. Transfer to a roasting tin and cook of the shelf above the turkey for 40-50 mins until golden.
