Ingredients

6 tbs mango chutney

few drops soy sauce

grated rind and juice of 1 large orange

salt and pepper

8 chicken thighs

lemon wedges to garnish

Method

Mix together the chutney, soy sauce, orange juice and rind, brush evenly over the chicken thighs. Place under a preheated grill for 20 mins, turning regularly and brushing with the marinate. Alternatively bake in a preheated oven 200C/Mark 6 for 20 mins. Garnish with lemon.
